June 30, 2006....I am finally getting the blog updated from our trip. Sierra has been ill with the stomach flu and it has been crazy. Here are some of the sights that we went to see while we were on vacation. They include China Town in Chicago, Aquarium in Chicago, The Wisconsin Dells, and the Chinese Circus in Baraboo Wisconsin. We had a great time and Sierra loves vacation. She did not want to come home!!!

June 15, 2006.............OK we finally got pig-tails and not "horns" as someone posted before!! :) She is so proud, too!!!

June 13, 2006....This was a busy day for Sierra. After having a rough night sleep, Sierra was woke up by her mommy to attend her second time at tumbling. She got so tired in the middle of tumbling. Then after tumbling she had a play date to attend with her new friend Makaila, who was also adopted from China. They went to Chucky Cheese!!! First time for the both of them and they had a blast. Sierra's big brother Billy took them up into the tubes. Yes one at a time but the girls just had a ball. The mini slide was the hit for both of them!!!

June 12, 2006 What beautiful two days at the park! Yesterday, Sierra attended her first Dodd Family Reunion. Everyone just loved her....well how could they not!!! Today she even attempted with the help of her brother Billy a climbing wall. Sierra even met a new friend who was also adopted from China. Her name is Emma. She was visiting the park with her daycare. She and Sierra loved hanging out together. Emma even saved a swing for Sierra and pushed her. Sierra talked about Emma the rest of the day!!

June 5, 2006....Today was a sad day for Sierra. She had to say good-bye to her new friends Harry and Herokie. They were exchange students from Taiwan and Japan who lived with Sierra's Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Dawn. Herokie has become Sierra's favorite. They both leave in the morning to head back home. Prior to leaving Herokie wanted his hair put up in braids. Isn't he so cute!!! We will all miss Harry and Herokie.
