April 11, 2006 I just wanted to let everyone know that Sierra is scheduled to have her cleft lip surgery and have tubes in her ears on April 20. Prayers are greatly appreciated that she gets well because she is battling a upper resp. virus and we need it cleared up prior to surgery. Prayers are also needed for a successful surgery. She continues to be doing very very well. She is saying more and more words in English. She continues to need a cue to say them but sometimes she surprizes us!!! We still believe we have been so blessed to be able to call her our daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
